Direct drive, without the gearbox

Gearless direct-drive systems for conveyors, mills and heavy material handling.

01
Gearless direct drive
The motor drives the pulley or mill directly. The gearbox, coupling and their service scope leave the power path.
02
High torque at low speed
Torque is produced at process speed, so the drive is matched to the duty rather than to a gear ratio.
03
Reduced maintenance exposure
Fewer rotating interfaces means fewer lubrication, alignment and gear-wear failure modes to manage on site.
  • 01Gearless drive path
  • 02High torque / low speed
  • 03Reduced mechanical complexity
  • 04Retrofit & new build

03Energy storage — BESS

Industrial energy storage, engineered around the site

Containerised and modular energy storage for industrial and remote site power.

01
Peak demand management
Storage is sized against the measured site load profile rather than a catalogue configuration.
02
Load shifting & resilience
Energy is configured alongside site generation and distribution as one system.
03
Integration with site operations
Interfaces to existing electrical infrastructure, controls and monitoring are defined during engineering.
04Field engineering & technical services

Support for the equipment after it is installed

Field engineering supports the drive and energy equipment we supply: site assessment, installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting and continuing technical support.

01Site assessmentReview of the existing drive train, load profile, site power and operating constraints.
02Motor & drive evaluationCondition, duty and interface review of installed machines before any scope is defined.
03Installation supportOn-site technical coordination through mechanical and electrical installation.
04CommissioningEnergisation, functional testing and handover alongside the site team.
05TroubleshootingFault investigation on drive, control and site power systems.
06Remote & field engineeringOngoing field technical support, monitoring and remote diagnostics after commissioning.

How equipment is selected

Selection is driven by the asset, the duty and the site — not by a fixed product list.

Solutions overview
01Direct-drive architectureRemoving the gearbox from the power path changes how a drive train is maintained, monitored and serviced over its life.
02Energy performanceDrive and storage systems are selected against the measured load profile of the asset rather than a catalogue default.
03Canadian operating conditionsEquipment selection accounts for cold-climate and remote-site duty typical of Canadian mining and heavy industry.
04Custom integrationSystems are engineered to the existing structure, controls and electrical infrastructure of the operating site.
05Energy storage integrationBattery energy storage is configured alongside site generation and distribution as part of one energy system.
06On-site supportField technical support and remote diagnostics continue after commissioning, including at remote locations.
