Direct drive, without the gearbox
Gearless direct-drive systems for conveyors, mills and heavy material handling.
- Gearless direct drive
- The motor drives the pulley or mill directly. The gearbox, coupling and their service scope leave the power path.
- High torque at low speed
- Torque is produced at process speed, so the drive is matched to the duty rather than to a gear ratio.
- Reduced maintenance exposure
- Fewer rotating interfaces means fewer lubrication, alignment and gear-wear failure modes to manage on site.

- 02High torque / low speed
- 03Reduced mechanical complexity
- 04Retrofit & new build
- 05Cold-climate & remote duty
The equipment we engineer and supply
Motors, drive interfaces, mounting arrangements and drive cabinets, selected against the driven equipment and the installed site conditions.

Equipment classes and site conditions these systems are specified for. Individual deployment references are published only where the client and the data are confirmed.

Industrial energy storage, engineered around the site
Containerised and modular energy storage for industrial and remote site power.
- Peak demand management
- Storage is sized against the measured site load profile rather than a catalogue configuration.
- Load shifting & resilience
- Energy is configured alongside site generation and distribution as one system.
- Integration with site operations
- Interfaces to existing electrical infrastructure, controls and monitoring are defined during engineering.
Support for the equipment after it is installed
Field engineering supports the drive and energy equipment we supply: site assessment, installation support, commissioning, troubleshooting and continuing technical support.

Sectors we focus on
Heavy industrial environments where drive-train reliability, energy availability and remote support determine production.
